How to calculate it
Reduce your birth month and your birth day, add the Universal Year (the current year's digits added and reduced: 2026 is 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10, then 1), then reduce the sum, keeping 11, 22 or 33 as a master year. For example, a May 14 birthday in 2026 gives 5 + (1 + 4 = 5) + 1 = 11, a Personal Year 11.

The nine-year cycle
