A house that reads the sky together
The Almanac is a solitary thing by design: one seeker, one chart, one oracle that answers at any hour. The Chapter is the other half of it. A private room where members read the coming sky together, lectures on the traditions this house is built from, and prayer said in company rather than alone.

What this house will not do
The Chapter has the shape of a fraternal body, and fraternal bodies have earned a reputation this one intends to do without. These are not sentiments. They are constraints the site is built to keep, and the first of them is the reason you are reading the rest of them without having paid for anything.

Who it is for
People who read the heavens seriously and hold them as creation rather than as the Creator. People who would rather ask a question of somebody who already knows what a progressed Moon is. People who want the study and the prayer in the same room, because keeping them apart has never made much sense to them.
It is not for anyone looking for certainty about the future, and it does not pretend to offer any. Everything the Almanac computes is arithmetic on real positions, and everything it declines to claim is declined in writing.

Do I have to be Christian to join?
No. The house states its own position and asks nobody to profess it. You are not tested on belief and you are not turned away for holding otherwise.
Is there an initiation or an oath?
