Full Moon in Pisces, 15 September: your 4th house
On Wednesday 15 September the Moon comes full at 22°53′ Pisces, at 23:04 UTC, facing the Sun in Virgo; for Sagittarius it fills the 4th house, the house of home, family and roots, from across the 10th.
At a Full Moon the Moon faces the Sun across the sky, and this September it faces it from your 4th house, the Subterranean, lighting how much of your energy goes into a place, and how much comes back from it. Set in your 4th house, the September lunation takes its tone from its sign: Pisces, mutable water ruled by Jupiter in the old books, gives it a gentle and imaginative manner. With the Sun across the chart in your 10th house, the September Full Moon speaks along the axis of home and career: the private root and the public branch of a life.
If you want something to do with this September lunation, do one small act that makes your home feel more ordered and protected.
Beyond the Sun sign
Your Sun sign is only part of 2027
A Sagittarius forecast reads the year by your Sun sign alone. The Road of Ages reads the turning points of your whole life from your own birth date, and shows where you stand on it now.
See the year on your own RoadNew Moon in Libra, 30 September: your 11th house
The New Moon is exact at 02:36 UTC on Thursday 30 September, at 6°43′ Libra. Counted by whole signs from Sagittarius, Libra is your 11th house, the house of friends, hopes and community.
In the old reckoning the New Moon was the threshold every month was counted from, and the September threshold stands in your 11th house, the Good Spirit, read as a new friendship, a group joined or a hope for the future written down at last. For Sagittarius this September, Libra makes the mood gracious and fair-minded, inclined to weigh before choosing.
A practice for the September New Moon: contact a friend you have let drift, without apology or agenda.
Planets changing sign or direction in September
Mars crosses into Scorpio on 2 September and so into your 12th house. Until 15 October, Mars in your 12th house works out of sight: private effort, hidden frustration and energy that wants quiet discipline.
Mercury crosses into Libra on 3 September and so into your 11th house. Until 27 September, Mercury in your 11th house fills the inbox with friends and groups: plans for the future, networks and shared ideas.
On 13 or 14 September Venus moves into Libra, which is your 11th house. Until 8 October, Venus in your 11th house sweetens friendship: gatherings, warm alliances and hopes that feel nearer than usual.
Uranus turns retrograde in Gemini, your 7th house, a slow turn spread over several days. The turn comes around 15 September, at 9°57′ Gemini, and since a slow planet’s turn is felt over weeks rather than on a day, the tradition would look for it in Sagittarius’s contracts and agreements, and business partners through September.
The Sun enters Libra, your 11th house, on 23 September at 06:02 UTC. Until 23 October, with the Sun in the house of the Good Spirit, the tradition reads a sociable month in which allies are easier to find.
Mercury crosses into Scorpio on 27 September and so into your 12th house. Until 16 October, with Mercury in the house of hidden things, the tradition reads a quieter spell, better for reflection than for announcements.
Love, work and money for Sagittarius in September
Venus begins September in Virgo, your 10th house, and enters Libra, your 11th, on 13 or 14 September, turning affection toward friendship inside love, and the friends who become something more.
Mars, the planet of effort, moves from Libra, your 11th, into Scorpio (your 12th) on 2 September, so the drive of the month shifts toward work behind the scenes, research and anything done out of public view.
For money, no lunation or fast planet changes in your 2nd house (Capricorn) or your 8th (Cancer) in September, so the tradition would put the month’s weight elsewhere and leave Sagittarius’s budgets to ordinary prudence.
