On Tuesday 6 April the Moon and the Sun meet at 16°57′ Aries, at 23:51 UTC; for Libra that degree lies in the 7th house, the house of partners and agreements.
Astrology reads the New Moon as the time to start small and mean it, and in April the small start belongs to your 7th house, the Setting: a seed of cooperation, planted where you usually go it alone. In your 7th house this April, Aries makes the mood direct and impatient, more willing to begin than to wait.

Beyond the Sun sign
Your Sun sign is only part of 2027
A Libra forecast reads the year by your Sun sign alone. The Road of Ages reads the turning points of your whole life from your own birth date, and shows where you stand on it now.
See the year on your own RoadFull Moon in Scorpio, 20 April: your 2nd house
Tuesday 20 April brings the Full Moon at 0°37′ Scorpio, exact at 22:27 UTC, opposite the Sun in Taurus, and for Libra it lands in the 2nd house, the house of money, possessions and values.
The tradition reads a Full Moon as a culmination, and the April Full Moon brings it to your 2nd house, the Gate of Hades in the old books, where it shows a reckoning with possessions: what serves you, what weighs on you and what you hold for show. Set in your 2nd house, the April lunation takes its tone from its sign: Scorpio makes the mood deep and unflinching, interested in what lies underneath. With the Sun across the chart in your 8th house, the April Full Moon speaks along the axis of what is yours and what is shared: earnings and debts, possessions and trust.
