Full Moon in Gemini, 13 December: your 5th house
Monday 13 December brings the Full Moon at 21°24′ Gemini, exact at 16:09 UTC, opposite the Sun in Sagittarius, and for Aquarius it lands in the 5th house, the house of romance, creativity and children.
A Full Moon is read as an illumination, and the December Full Moon shines into your 5th house, Good Fortune, where it shows what your heart has been doing for fun, and whether there has been any fun at all. In your 5th house this December, Gemini makes the mood talkative and changeable, happier with two options than one. Read as an axis, from your 5th house to your 11th, this December Full Moon runs along the axis of the heart and the hope: personal joy and the friends and causes you belong to.
If you want something to do with this December lunation, plan one evening purely for enjoyment, and protect it like an appointment.
Beyond the Sun sign
Your Sun sign is only part of 2027
A Aquarius forecast reads the year by your Sun sign alone. The Road of Ages reads the turning points of your whole life from your own birth date, and shows where you stand on it now.
See the year on your own RoadNew Moon in Capricorn, 27 December: your 12th house
On Monday 27 December the Moon and the Sun meet at 5°50′ Capricorn, at 20:12 UTC; for Aquarius that degree lies in the 12th house, the house of rest, solitude and the hidden life.
A New Moon is read as an opening rather than an event, so the December lunation is less a happening than an invitation in your 12th house, the Bad Spirit: an intention made in private and kept in private, which is often the strongest kind. For Aquarius this December, Capricorn makes the mood disciplined and patient, more interested in results than in feelings.
If you want something to do with this December lunation, visit someone who is lonely, ill or forgotten.
Planets changing sign or direction in December
Neptune turns direct in Aries, your 3rd house, a slow turn spread over several days. The turn comes around 15 December, at 3°51′ Aries, and since a slow planet’s turn is felt over weeks rather than on a day, the tradition would look for it in Aquarius’s siblings and neighbors, and short journeys through December.
Mercury enters Capricorn on 18 December, your 12th house. Until 6 January 2028, Mercury in your 12th house turns the mind inward: private thinking, research, journaling and conversations held behind closed doors.
Venus crosses into Aquarius on 19 December and so into your 1st house. Until 13 January 2028, with the lesser benefic in your own sign, the tradition reads a favorable spell for appearance, self-care and new attractions.
On 22 December at 02:42 UTC the Sun crosses into Capricorn, which for Aquarius is the 12th house. Until 20 January 2028, the Sun in your 12th house, the month before your birthday, makes a season for rest, retreat and closing chapters.
Saturn turns direct in Aries, in your 3rd house: the review that began on 9 August is over, and the building can resume. The turn comes on 24 December, at 21°01′ Aries, and in your 3rd house its renewed motion touches conversations, writing and messages, and siblings and neighbors.
Love, work and money for Aquarius in December
Venus begins December in Capricorn, your 12th house, and enters Aquarius, your 1st, on 19 December, turning affection toward how you present yourself to someone new, and how much of yourself you let a partner see. The Full Moon on 13 December falls in your 5th, the house of romance, creativity and children.
Mars stays in Capricorn all month, your 12th house, putting the month’s effort into work behind the scenes, research and anything done out of public view.
For money, no lunation or fast planet changes in your 2nd house (Pisces) or your 8th (Virgo) in December, so the tradition would put the month’s weight elsewhere and leave Aquarius’s budgets to ordinary prudence.
Questions to carry through December
- When did I last do something only because I enjoy it?
- Where do I need rest more than I need answers?
- Does the way I present myself still match who I am becoming?
