Saturn in Aries all year: your 3rd house

Saturn in your 3rd house is read as a year of careful words: study that takes effort, duties to siblings or neighbors, and agreements that need reading twice. For Aquarius that is the planet of structure in every tradition that names the seven standing in the 3rd house, and in Aries it stands in the sign of its fall, where the old books say it works with less ease than anywhere.

It turns retrograde on 9 August at 27°52′ Aries and direct on 24 December at 21°01′ Aries, so the second half of the year is read as a review of what the first half built in your 3rd house: conversations, writing and messages, and siblings and neighbors.

Jupiter in Leo, then Virgo: your 7th and 8th houses

Jupiter begins the year in Leo, your 7th house, retrograde until 13 April, when it turns direct at 16°59′ Leo. Until 26 July, Jupiter in your 7th house is read as a year of partnership: the greater benefic opposite your own sign favors marriages, alliances and contracts made in good faith.
