Why Astrological Chart matters
Astrological Chart matters because different chart types answer different questions. A birth chart describes a person, a horary chart addresses a question, a solar return frames a year, and an electional chart evaluates a chosen beginning.
How to read Astrological Chart
Astrological Chart applies when the topic is broader than birth astrology and needs to include event charts, timing charts, relationship charts, or specialized branches.
Astrological Chart in practice: an example
A wedding election, a business launch, and a newborn child can each have an astrological chart, but the interpretation of each chart serves a different purpose.
Where readings of Astrological Chart go wrong
It is a mistake to blur chart types. Reading a horary chart like a natal chart, or a return chart like a permanent identity map, creates bad interpretation.
Sources and editorial method
This entry summarizes the tradition in the Almanac's own words; where no source is listed, it is an editorial summary rather than a primary text, and symbolic readings are named as the tradition's, not as fact.
