Pisces horoscope 2027

Pisces’s 2027 rests on two slow planets: Saturn holding your 2nd house for the whole year, and Jupiter crossing from your 6th to your 7th on 26 July. The annular solar eclipse in your 12th on 6 February and the total solar eclipse in your 6th on 2 August mark the year’s two turning points, and the lunations favor January, March, November and December.

Pisces in 2027: the year in brief

The year’s slow story for Pisces is told by Saturn in Aries, your 2nd house of money, and by Jupiter in Leo and then Virgo, your 6th and 7th houses. The eclipses fall in Aquarius, Virgo, Capricorn and Leo, which for Pisces means your 6th, 7th, 11th and 12th houses. Mercury turns retrograde three times, in Pisces (your 1st), Cancer (your 5th) and Scorpio (your 9th), and Mars is retrograde from 10 January to 1 April, through your 7th and 6th houses.

Houses are counted by whole signs from your Sun sign (Pisces is your 1st). Dates are UTC, from the Almanac’s own ephemeris.

Saturn in Aries all year: your 2nd house

Saturn in your 2nd house is read as a year of financial structure: budgets, slower earnings or larger obligations, and a sober sense of what you are worth. For Pisces that is the planet of structure in every tradition that names the seven standing in the 2nd house, and in Aries it stands in the sign of its fall, where the old books say it works with less ease than anywhere.

It turns retrograde on 9 August at 27°52′ Aries and direct on 24 December at 21°01′ Aries, so the second half of the year is read as a review of what the first half built in your 2nd house: money you earn, possessions and what you value.

Look at one bill or subscription you have not read in a year.

Jupiter in Leo, then Virgo: your 6th and 7th houses

Jupiter begins the year in Leo, your 6th house, retrograde until 13 April, when it turns direct at 16°59′ Leo. Until 26 July, Jupiter in your 6th house is read as more work, and often better work: a growing workload, helpful colleagues and the chance to build healthier habits.

On 26 July Jupiter enters Virgo, your 7th house, and stays there for the rest of the year. From 26 July, Jupiter in your 7th house is read as a year of partnership: the greater benefic opposite your own sign favors marriages, alliances and contracts made in good faith.

Jupiter takes about twelve years to circle the zodiac, so the houses it crosses in 2027 are read as the year’s widest doors for Pisces: work and health until 26 July, partners after.

Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and the Moon’s nodes

Uranus stays in Gemini, your 4th house, all year. Uranus in your 4th house is read as change at home: moves, new household arrangements and freedom from old family patterns.

Neptune stays in Aries, your 2nd house, all year. Neptune in your 2nd house is read as hazy finances: money that slips away unnoticed, and values that turn toward the spiritual.

Pluto stays in Aquarius, your 12th house, all year. Pluto in your 12th house is read as hidden transformation: the unconscious stirred, old fears met and secret burdens laid down.

The Moon’s north node stands in Aquarius all year and the south node opposite in Leo: for Pisces your 12th and 6th houses, the axis of work and rest: the duties of the day and the retreat that restores you. The year’s eclipses gather close to this axis, which is why Pisces’s eclipse houses are the 12th and the 6th and their neighbors.

Love in 2027 for Pisces

Venus, the lesser benefic, crosses your 5th house of romance (Cancer) from 3 July to 27 July, and your 7th house of partnership (Virgo) from 20 August to 13 or 14 September. The tradition reads those weeks as Pisces’s warmest of the year for courtship and for agreements made in good faith. The lunations that fall in those two houses come in July and August: the New Moon of 4 July in your 5th and the New Moon of 31 August in your 7th. Mars enters your 7th on 14 May, which the tradition reads as passion with friction in it. Two questions for Pisces’s year in love: What wants to be expressed through me? And who is my mirror right now?

Work and money in 2027

For work, the year’s weight sits where the slow planets stand: Saturn in your 2nd (your earnings and the price you put on your work), and Jupiter in your 6th and then 7th, read as growth in the daily job, colleagues, workload and routine, most directly of all the houses and then business partners, clients and the contracts that bind them. Your 10th house of career is Sagittarius; the lunations there fall on 19 June (Full Moon) and 28 November (New Moon), the year’s natural dates for career beginnings and reviews. Money is read through your 2nd house (Aries) and your 8th (Libra): 22 March (Full Moon in your 8th), 6 April (New Moon in your 2nd), 30 September (New Moon in your 8th) and 15 October (Full Moon in your 2nd) are the dates the tradition would mark for budgets, debts and agreements. With more than one slow planet in a house of work or money, 2027 is read as a structural year for Pisces’s livelihood, though no reading of the sky settles a salary or a balance.

Pisces’s four best months of 2027

Read by the lunations alone, the four most open months for Pisces are January, March, November and December.

How the months are chosen: a month counts when its New Moon falls in one of the places the Hellenistic astrologers called fortunate (your 1st, 10th and 11th houses first, then your 5th and 9th), with a Full Moon there adding a little; eclipse New Moons are left out, since the tradition reads them as turning points rather than easy openings. It is a reading of the Moon’s turns, not of your whole chart: a month left off the list is not a bad month.

Mercury and Mars retrograde in 2027

Mars is retrograde from 10 January at 10°25′ Virgo to 1 April at 20°55′ Leo, backing from Virgo into Leo: your 7th and 6th houses. For Pisces that winter, Mars retrograde in your 6th house is read as a time to pace yourself at work, rest the body and fix what has been rushed.
