What sets Nodal Axis apart
The nodal axis is always a straight line of exactly 180 degrees: when the North Node stands at 10 degrees of one sign, the South Node stands at 10 degrees of the opposite sign. It is a geometric line where the Moon's tilted path cuts the ecliptic, with no body at either end. The mean nodes move backward through the zodiac, completing a circuit in about 18.6 years, which is why the axis spends roughly a year and a half in each pair of opposite signs.
