What sets Boomerang Yod apart
Start with a Yod: two planets 60 degrees apart, each 150 degrees from a third, the apex. The Boomerang adds a fourth planet directly opposite the apex, at 180 degrees. That planet then sits 30 degrees from each base planet, so it forms two semisextiles to the base and the whole figure resembles a returning arc.
