What sets Void of Course Moon apart
The Moon is void of course from the moment she completes her last aspect to a planet in her sign until she enters the next sign. William Lilly gave the rule in Christian Astrology (1647), counting the five Ptolemaic aspects to the seven classical planets. Because she changes sign about every 2.3 days, the void can last minutes or more than a day, and it recurs in every sign she passes through.
