What sets Heart Chakra apart

Anahata means 'unstruck', and refers to a sound that arises without two things being struck together, the inner sound that yogic texts describe as heard in the heart. This fourth centre sits at the middle of the chest, has twelve petals, and is the element of air. Its symbol is two interlaced triangles, one up and one down, which in India are called the shatkona and are not the Star of David.
