What sets T-Square apart
The T-Square is an opposition with a third body at the midpoint of its square, so that body squares both ends at 90 degrees. The apex sits at the foot of the T, and the empty point opposite it, where a fourth body would complete a cross, is the missing leg. By sign it always involves one modality, and there are twelve possible sign sets, four for each mode.

- Apex: the body at the foot of the T, holding the focus
- Missing leg: the point opposite the apex, where a Grand Cross would complete

Often mistaken for something else: A Grand Cross has four bodies at all four points. A T-Square has three, and the fourth point stays empty, which is why its pressure is read as running toward the apex.
