One name, several lots
"Lot of love" is used for more than one point, and a source should say which it means.
- Paulus Alexandrinus's Lot of Eros: by day from the Lot of Spirit to Venus, reversed by night. This is the one the Great Almanac computes.
- Vettius Valens's Eros: built from the arc between the lots of Fortune and Spirit, so it can fall in a different sign from Paulus's.
- The part of marriage, a different point that is easy to confuse with it: Saturn to Venus for a man and Venus to Saturn for a woman, which the Almanac does not cast because it depends on the person's sex.
