What sets Seven Seals apart
The scroll of Revelation 5:1 is written on both sides and sealed seven times; no one in heaven or earth can open it until the Lamb, called the Lion of Judah and the Root of David, takes it. Revelation 6:1 to 8:5 follows the opening of the seals one by one. The first four bring the four horsemen, the fifth the martyrs under the altar, the sixth the shaking of the heavens, and the seventh a silence of about half an hour that leads to the seven trumpets.

Often mistaken for something else: The four horsemen are only the first four seals; the fifth to seventh seals are not riders.
The seven seals in the sources
Hill counts the book of seven seals among his sevens, and reads seven in Revelation as the planets. Tara Mata, restating Sri Yukteswar for Western readers, equates the seals of Revelation 5 with the seven attributes of Chittwa, five electricities, intelligence and mind, and the seven spirits with the same list.
The two readings differ, planets in Hill and inner principles in Tara Mata. The text of Revelation itself does not make the identification either way.
